1. What this covers
This policy covers this site and the list you can join on it. The only thing we collect is the email address you type in.
2. What we keep
Your email address and the day you joined. Nothing else: no name, no location and no record of what you do on this site.
3. What we use it for
One email when Spesso opens, nothing else. We never sell your address or share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Who handles it
An email service keeps the list and sends that one email for us. It handles your address only for that, under a contract that holds it to this policy.
5. Cookies and the bot check
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or trackers. When you join, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is sending the form. It reads signals from your browser and your connection for that check alone, and only on the page with the form.
6. Leaving the list
Every email we send has a link to leave the list. Leaving deletes your address at once.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your address at any time. Write to hello@getspesso.app and we answer within a week. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Changes
This policy can change; the date at the top says when it last did. If a change affects how we use your address, we tell you before it applies.
